We get asked lot of the same questions so let's try and clear some of your questions up 😉
I don't have any upper body strength, I'm too big, should I go the gym first, I need to loose weight before I start. We understand and don't worry we've heard it all before 👍
When everyone starts at pole they are all just like you, a beginner so please don't worry. No you don't need to loose weight, go to the gym or anything to start pole. You just have to walk through the door ❤
Another is how long will it take me to be good at it?
This question is a tuff one because everyone is different and wants to get different things from class. Some come to get strong, get fit, some for body confidence or for social reasons so it's impossible to answer. But what we can say is you will all achieve and progress at your own pace and we will be right by your side to encourage and support you every step of the way 😍
What should I wear?
What ever you feel comfy in, yes shorts are great for pole but if your not comfortable then leggings are fine 👍 we just want you to enjoy yourself.
Now after your first few lessons you will think it's hard, you can't do it and will ache.
